MEGACUT 5A

This laser welding machine is developped for joining flat metal parts. The parts can be of different thickness. Metal sheets are manually (or using robots) put on both sides of the machine. In the clamping bench the two parts are first clamped and then they are hydraulically pushed together. Subsequently the laser welds the two pieces together. The machine is equipped with a CO2 Laser of 6000 Watt. Typical welding speeds of 10 meter per minute are possible.
