MAGNETIC TUBE LOADING SYSTEM LTC13000

The LTC 13000 is a fully automated Laser Tube Cutting Machine. It has a fully automated loading system that allows 13 meter long tubes to be loaded using electric magnets. The yellow magnets simultanuously lift a layer of identical tubes from one of the three trolleys in the loading zone. Round, square or rectangular tubes of 20 to 215 mm in diameter can be loaded. The magnets stop above the chain system where the layer of tubes is lowered. From there the tubes are loaded one by one.
